After you have completed your initial assessment and are confident in your ability to perform your exercises, you may opt to join our Group Exercise Physiology sessions<\/p>\n
These are more independent exercise sessions in which our Exercise Physiologist guides a small group (approx 5 clients) through their\u00a0customised exercise program. Supervision and instruction of technique and progression are still closely monitored, this is a more cost effective method in delivering our Exercise Physiology service.<\/p>\n
