Jason graduated as an Exercise Scientist in 2009 and completed a Master’s of Exercise and Sport Science in 2010 at the University of Sydney. He has been an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2011, starting his career in the Aged Care industry by providing programs to promote healthy aging. For over a decade, Jason has operated E-Leet Physiology, applying new knowledge and techniques to benefit his clients. He focuses on creating a safe environment, using exercise to enhance his clients’ lifestyles and improve their quality of life.

Jason takes a holistic approach to his practice, considering physical activity, nutrition, movement mechanics, posture, mental health, and other external factors affecting his clients’ health. He tailors these strategies, combining clinical rehabilitation with strength and conditioning and sports performance elements to meet his clients’ needs. Jason enjoys teaching these principles as part of his coaching style and mentoring students on placement.

He has a keen interest in the latest technology, equipment, and gadgets, and learns new exercise modalities and techniques to integrate into his prescriptions. He is a sports enthusiast, especially in football (soccer), and stays fit through resistance training, interval training, and outdoor running. Jason focuses on both the performance and rehabilitation aspects of each sport, emphasizing injury prevention and overall wellness. Recently, he has started training for marathons, aiming to run half marathons once a month.

Outside of his professional life, Jason enjoys movies, television, anime, and discovering different cuisines.

Angie Kang

(Exercise Physiologist)

Angie graduated as an Exercise Physiologist from the University of Sydney in 2024. During her degree, she completed clinical placements involving different population groups such as cancer survivorship patients, clients with musculoskeletal conditions and Aged Care community individuals. She is driven and passionate, committed to delivering a quality of care in the best interest of clients from all ages and clinical backgrounds. Angie sticks to the motto “health is wealth”, which paves the way for her ambition and enthusiasm in helping people through exercise. She believes that everyone was made to move and uses exercise as a personalised tool to better the way and capacity in which people move, to ultimately help clients do the things they love and achieve goals.

Angie welcomes the idea of exercise with safety and enjoyment, valuing the feedback of clients to build programs that are personalised and treat clients as an individual. She continually strives to research and implement new, credible exercise strategies to continue her growth as a health practitioner. Angie enjoys chatting with and listening to clients, building dynamics of trust, intentionality and respect which drives her sessions and any decision-making processes that come with forming or adapting clients’ programs.

Angie enjoys going to the gym (trying different forms of strength/stability training) and going for outdoor runs. In her spare time, you can catch her playing the guitar, enjoying her time at the beach (especially Balmoral!) and cafe-hopping with friends around Sydney.

Vincent Makayan

(Accredited Exercise Physiologist)

Vince graduated with a Masters of Exercise and Sport Science in 2010 at the University of Sydney and has been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2011. For over a decade, he has continued to develop his skills and knowledge to help clients with their goals and improve their quality of life. He aims to provide a fun and safe environment for clients.

Vince believes that exercise is a very important part of self-empowerment, healthy aging and maintaining independence particularly as we age. He understands the importance of taking an individualised approach to every client and loves getting to know his clients and hear their stories. Nutrition, mental health, posture, mobility, etc can all have an effect on exercise and must be taken into account to maximise results. He believes that consistency and quality of movement is the key to long term progress. This is why he loves teaching clients how to move properly and effectively and providing them with the ‘why’ behind them.

Outside of work, Vince enjoys training, watching NBA, anime, new tech and always loves finding a good bargain! He also enjoys finding good food to eat while trying to avoid his multiple random food allergies!
