Our Personal Training  program is an extension of our Exercise Physiology 1 on 1 service. Our Exercise Physiologists will guide and motivate you through your workout and will also focus on providing a fun yet tough workout to reach your goals. Expect a variety of workouts each session to help achieve your exercise and fitness goals.

With this program we track your strength and fitness progressions to ensure you are working to your fullest potential, we also closely monitor technique and correct muscle activation to ensure the right muscles are working, reducing the likelihood of injury.
