These sessions are designed to relieve tight muscles and tension throughout the body through:
- Trigger Point Releases: Using foam rollers, massage balls and manual massaging techniques
- Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching : Manual stretching performed by our Exercise Physiologist
- Dynamic and Static Stretches: The traditional stretches which can be learnt and applied at home to help maintain your flexibility and decrease tightness
