There are several options when it comes to our 1 on 1 services to help meet the targets of our client, these include:
- Complete Program – Our holistic program, covering all bases including: exercise, diet and lifestyle.
- Home Program – Similar to our complete program but designed to be performed independently in the comfort of your home and in your own time.
- Consultation – A 1 on 1 session aimed to analyse specific issues or to obtain a professional opinion on existing exercise programs and technique, a special 1 on 1 stretching session is also available.
- Training/Personal Training – 1 on 1 session where our Exercise Physiologist guides and motivates you through a custom program.
- Work Cover and DVA services
